# ContentItem Class

Contains methods and properties used to work with the content of image placeholders.

## Syntax
  
```csharp
public abstract class ContentItem : RectangleItem
```
 
## Remarks
  
This class inherits from RectangleItem and introduces the **MaskOpacity** property allowing you to apply opacity to the masked content. This opacity is applied to the content of placeholders only, whereas the **Opacity** property of the Item class is applied to the design item itself.
