# ZoomMode Enumeration

**Applies to:** Customer's Canvas On-Premises; Design Editor 6.15.0, 6.x (may differ) · **Archived documentation**

An enumeration of zoom modes to fit images on the canvas.

## Enumeration members

### bestFit

bestFit: = 1

Zoom modifier is calculated automatically so that entire image could fit the control. If image is smaller than the control client area, the image is stretched to occupy as much area as possible.

### bestFitShrinkOnly

bestFitShrinkOnly: = 2

Zoom modifier is calculated automatically so that entire image could fit the control. If image is smaller than the control client area, zooming modifier is set to 1 (i.e. no zoom).

### fitToHeight

fitToHeight: = 4

Zoom modifier is calculated automatically so that the image height would be the same as the control client area height. If the image height is smaller than the control client area height, image is stretched.

### fitToHeightShrinkOnly

fitToHeightShrinkOnly: = 7

Zoom modifier is calculated automatically so that the image height would be the same as the control client area height. If image height is smaller than the control client area, zooming modifier is set to 1 (i.e. no zoom).

### fitToWidth

fitToWidth: = 3

Zoom modifier is calculated automatically so that the image width would be the same as the control client area width. If the image width is smaller than the control client area width, image is stretched.

### fitToWidthShrinkOnly

fitToWidthShrinkOnly: = 6

Zoom modifier is calculated automatically so that the image width would be the same as the control client area width. If image width is smaller than the control client area, zooming modifier is set to 1 (i.e. no zoom).

### none

none: = 0

Zoom modifier is specified only manually. In this mode, you can use zooming navigator controls.
