# Editor settings

> You can define the Template Editor settings globally or separately for a single design.

To change the global settings, open the **Settings** tab in the BackOffice admin panel. These settings are applied by default. To change settings for a single design, you can open the design you want to edit and click the gear icon on the toolbar. After that, the **Settings** window will appear.
