Troubleshooting

In this section you will find some information on how to solve problems you may face when working with Customer's Canvas JavaScript SDK or upgrading it from older versions.

Note

If you are encounter problems which are related to IT operations (e.g. app starts slowly, issues with deployment and similar problems), refer the Troubleshooting section of the IT Administration section.

Still have a problem

If the information specified here does not help, feel free to contact our support team. To get more prompt and helpful support, please provide us a link to the page with your Design Editor where you have a problem. If it is not possible, please provide us a version number along with the problem description. To determine a version number:

  1. Go to a page with Design Editor.
  2. Open a developer console (press F12 or use Inspect element/Inspect menu item)
  3. In console, type CustomersCanvas.VERSION.
  4. Send over the output along with the error messages, screenshots, and other information to our support team.
