Welcome to the Customer's Canvas documentation for the IT administrators! If you are reading this, most likely you have an on-premises version of Customer's Canvas or considering using it. If you rather prefer a cloud version of Customer's Canvas, contact Aurigma team for any questions.

Here you will find the information about the infrastructure, required to run Customer's Canvas, how to install it in different setups, configure it, check if it functions properly, and other information important for the IT operations.

How it is organized?

This area consists of the following parts:

  • Overview - explains the architecture of Customer's Canvas, discusses what kind of infrastructure you may need, etc. This chapter is especially useful on the planning stage of the deployment.
  • Installation - describes how to install various components in different scenarios.
  • How to - tells how to solve problems you may arise after you install the system.
