In Customer's Canvas developer documentation, Personalization Platform refers to Aurigma's software system underlying Customer's Canvas Hub.

The name describes the software foundation. The customer-facing product is Customer's Canvas Hub, with its documented APIs and personalization capabilities. Customer's Canvas On-Premises is a separate product with its own component suite.
