Product information management (PIM)

Product information management (PIM) is the subsystem of Customer's Canvas Hub for configuring customizable products, their options, variants, and associated design assets.

For example, a product may offer different sizes or colors, with a corresponding design or Mockup for each selection. Products are managed through BackOffice and used by storefront personalization interfaces, including Workflow Elements and Handy Editor. Here, a PIM product is a catalog item, while Customer's Canvas Hub is the software product.
