Troubleshooting

If you face a problem while working with Customer's Canvas or setting it up, you can find a solution below. If not, please contact our support team.

When submitting a case, send us a URL linking to your product. If you are sending a design, attach the used fonts as well.

Also, you may be asked to provide a HAR file with network activity logs. To create a HAR file in your browser:

  1. Open Developer tools (F12 on Windows and Linux, or Cmd + Opt + I on macOS).
  2. Navigate to the Network tab.
  3. Reproduce the problem.
  4. Right-click one of the action requests.
  5. In the context menu, click Save all as HAR.
