Print software should adapt to your workflow. Not the other way around.
That's the idea behind everything we are bringing to PRINTING United Expo 2026 this September, and it's worth explaining why, because "five new features" doesn't really capture it.
Here is the honest version, over the last few years we have watched print personalization outgrow the tools most businesses still use to manage it. Templates and editors got you far. They don't get you all the way anymore. Files still arrive broken. Brand guidelines still drift out of date the moment nobody's watching. Premium finishing still means a phone call. Multi-step orders still fall back into email threads with proofs attached three messages deep. And design work still gets generated by AI tools that hand you a flattened image someone then has to rebuild from scratch.
None of that is a template problem. It's a workflow problem. So that's what we built for.
At Booth C230 this September 23-25 in Las Vegas, we're showing five new capabilities inside Customer's Canvas, sitting alongside the Hub, B2B Portal, and Direct Mail capabilities that are already the backbone of what we do.
- Artwork Intelligence & Repair: Automatically detects and repairs eligible file issues before they ever reach a person on your prepress team. Wrong color profile, missing bleed, a low-resolution logo someone dropped in at the last minute, this catches it and fixes what it can, so routine manual prepress work caused by poor quality customer files stops eating your day.
- Brand Lifecycle Management Turns brand guidelines, logos, and colors into structured brand information that stays connected to editable print designs as the brand evolves. When something changes at the source, it stays current everywhere it's used, no one has to remember to update a folder.
- Digital Embellishment Brings premium finishing options like foil and spot UV directly into the self-service ordering experience. No more routing customers out of an instant-quote flow and into a phone call just because they want their card to catch the light.
- Collaborative Ordering Lets printers and customers work together on complex live orders that would otherwise be handled via email, disconnected proofs, and manual coordination. The order becomes something both sides can see and act on in one place, instead of a thread nobody can quite follow.
- AI Design Copilot Lets users create and modify real, editable designs using natural language instructions, rather than generating flattened images that then need to be rebuilt for production. The output is meant to be usable, not just impressive on a screen.
Our CEO, Dmitry Sevostyanov, put the unifying idea better than I can:
"Print software should adapt to the workflow, rather than forcing every workflow into the same editor."
That's really the whole pitch. Every one of these five started life as a genuinely awkward workflow that kept showing up in customer conversations, and we built toward the specific friction, not toward a feature list.
Steven Antoni our Director of Sales for the Americas, said something similar about what we actually want out of the show:
"We want visitors to bring us the awkward workflows: the bad file, the corporate account that changed its brand, the premium product that still needs a manual quote, or the complex order that falls back into email. Those are the conversations these demos are built for."
So that's the invitation. If you are going to be at PRINTING United, come find us at Booth C230. Book a demo, or better yet, bring us a genuinely bad file and watch what happens to it live. We would rather show you the thing working on your actual problem than walk you through a slide.
See you in Vegas
